Associates are required to attend the following hour-long sessions:

• Business Writing / DCPS Writing
• DCPS Customer Service Training
• DCPS Office Culture 101
• DCPS Communications Primer with Press Secretary, Chief of Family and Public Engagement
• Parent/Family Engagement Primer and the Chief of Family and Public Engagement
• DC Public Schools Visits and Tours: of schools and partner organizations

Associates can also opt into the following hour-long sessions:

• MS Outlook
• Excel (Beginner or Intermediate)
• PowerPoint
• Professional Resume Writing
• Master Interview Skills
