The Data and Professional Platform
To support teachers’ efforts in increasing student achievement, DCPS is building a robust online professional growth platform. Launching in 2012, this platform will provide teachers with the following:
- ready access to their students’ performance data
- their own performance data (IMPACT)
- targeted professional growth resources and opportunities based on these data, including video (such as the ground-breaking video series called “Reality PD”), lesson plans, strategies and recommended readings.
