Thank you to all of the volunteers who participated in this year's even held on Saturday, August 24, 2013.  This annual DCPS event was established in 2005 as a citywide “spruce up” of all DC public school buildings in preparation for the first day of school. Beautification efforts included landscaping, trash pick-up, light painting, planting flowers, and other external beautification efforts. Volunteers and supplies supported over 100 schools. Please click the links below more information.

What Can I Donate?

We are happy to accept donations of new books, school supplies or beautification items. Please bring these donations on the day of the event along with this form.
