Plummer Elementary School

Terri Fuller is the new interim principal at Plummer Elementary School for School Year 2016-2017. In 2015, Fuller became a resident principal at J.O. Wilson Elementary School and Cleveland Elementary School through the Mary Jane Patterson fellowship for aspiring principals. She joined DCPS in 2011 as an assistant principal at Murch Elementary School. Prior to this role, she was an instructional coach in Prince George’s County Public Schools. Fuller began her education career in 2001 as a teacher. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bowie State University and a master’s degree in organizational management from Trinity Washington University.
