Why DCPS?
I am a product of DCPS as are my children. DCPS has afforded each of us vast learning opportunities. To be able to continue working alongside others interested in building DCPS to make things more viable for students is what I am happy to be a part of.

Why am I excited to be a member of the Chancellor’s Parent Cabinet?
I am ecstatic to be part of the Chancellor’s parent cabinet because get an opportunity to work with other parents who share the same common goal as well as chancellor Wilson, himself to implement various initiatives that will make DCPS greater than ever!

Issues I care about most as a parent:
Consistency with staff retention in schools and communication. Great principals and staff equates to well taught leaders of tomorrow. Our children need this and when schools can retain great school leaders, all else is aligned for our children.
