Project Overview 

     The KC Lewis swing space will be located at 300 Bryant St. NW, in the approximately 64,000 square foot building that formerly housed Washington Metropolitan High School. In 2021, Howard University entered into a 4-year lease with the District. Howard University, in collaboration with MCN Build, completed a number of phased improvements to accommodate the move, and DCPS intends to complete still more renovations to the space, during School Year 2025-26, to prepare it for the arrival of Seaton ES students in Summer 2026.
