Project Overview 

The McGogney swing space is located at 3400 Wheeler Road SE, in the approximately 87,000 square foot building that most recently housed Eagle Academy Public Charter School. Prior to Eagle Academy, the building operated as Gladys K. McGogney Elementary School, a DCPS school.

DCPS completed renovations to the space, during School Year 2024-2025, to prepare it for the arrival of King ES students in Summer 2025.
