Pay Schedule
10-Month: The majority of DCPS schools are in session for 10 months, so the majority of WTU members are placed on the 10-month pay scale. Employees on this scale are paid over 12 months, but the salary schedule is based on 10 months of service. The 10-month scale is for these positions.
11-Month: Some ET-15 Service Providers are on the 11 month scale, and report to their schools for 11 months per year. The 11-month scale is for these positions.
12-Month: Some DCPS schools are in session year-round, so ET-15s at these locations are paid on the 12 month scale. The 12-month scale is for these positions.
WTU EG-9: Employees are paid on a 12 month schedule.
JROTC: All JROTC Instructors are paid on a 12 month schedule.
