Educational Technology

The Educational Technology program empowers schools to provide a multimodal student-centered learning experience which meets the needs of all DCPS students. The district supports teachers and staff through comprehensive professional development, encouraging them to integrate technology into daily instruction and practice. In turn, students use technology tools to demonstrate their understanding of concepts across all content areas.

We utilize innovative instructional models, such as blended learning, which combine face-to-face instruction with high-quality digital content and best practices for technology integration. Through individualized instruction, every student is provided with a world-class, academically challenging, and inspiring learning experience. In alignment with the broader academic goals of DCPS, the Educational Technology team strives to prepare all students with the future-ready skills for the careers of tomorrow.
