Synopsis:

DCPS is seeking a qualified contractor to maintain and repair gas and electric food production equipment for student meal preparation. Contractor will also perform equipment inventory, preventative maintenance (PM) diagnosis and repair. Contractor will provide quotes for replacement of units with unavailable or obsolete parts. Equipment to be serviced includes, but is not limited to: convection ovens, steamers, drains, faucets, combi ovens, hot serving lines – steam tables, exhaust hood systems, dishwashers, sinks, garbage disposals, ranges, warming cabinets, tilt skillets, and steam kettles.
