Banneker High School senior Doctanian Batts has many interests – so he plans to study all of them! He’ll be attending North Carolina A&T next year where he wants to study criminal justice, psychology, and entrepreneurship. He believes criminal justice in particular would be an important way to give back to his country, something he feels strongly about after one of his history classes: “I don’t want to study it and not do anything about it.” He’s been most fond of the people at Banneker, and participating in basketball club, drama club, and the National Honor Society.
