Plummer Elementary School
Terri Fuller is the new principal at Plummer Elementary School for School Year 2017-2018. She began her education career in 2001 as a teacher in various subject areas, ranging from reading and math to GED courses in schools throughout Maryland and Virginia. In 2006, Fuller became an instructional coach in Prince George’s County Public Schools where she provided professional development classes based on school and individual staff needs. In 2011, she joined DC Public Schools as an assistant principal at Murch Elementary School, and in 2015, she became a resident principal at J.O. Wilson Elementary School and Cleveland Elementary School. At these schools, she assisted with culture and climate and was very involved with parent and community engagement. Ms. Fuller holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing concentration from Bowie State University and a master’s degree in organizational management with a concentration in organizational development from Trinity University.
