LaTerria Davis is the manager of strategy and logistics at Aiton Elementary School. She has spent the past seven years supporting instructional school leaders in managing school-based operations. LaTerria has a proven ability to foster relationships with District of Columbia Public School stakeholders. LaTerria is most fulfilled when helping people. Her vision and talents to nurture relationships continues to make a difference in the lives of her students, parents, school leaders, and staff. She always states, “My purpose is bigger than me…” She enjoys working with kids, talking with them, and listening to them. Her work extends beyond school operations. Ms. Davis wishes to further her success through engaging school partners for her students and families to address academic challenges. It is her hope to continue the work that would cultivate lasting and goal-aligned partnerships.
