Rodney Wormsley

Rodney WormsleyMr. Rodney Wormsley began his career as an educator in 2009 as a Crisis Intervention Resource teacher at Dr. Henry Wise High School in Maryland. In 2012, Mr. Wormsley became the lead Special Education teacher at Kingsbury Day School here in the Washington DC. At Kingsbury, he implemented and served as a program language facilitator for S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), a curriculum focused on integrating science themes within reading and writing activities. Mr. Wormsley transitioned into the role of Assistant Principal at Luke C. Moore High School in 2015. He is recognized as a highly motivated and ambitious leader with over 20 years of experience educating youth. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Master of Education in Special Education from George Washington University.
