Kelly Miller Middle School (Interim)

Donnell began his career teaching middle school mathematics and ELA. He was apportioned to the leadership team after his first year of teaching based on having the highest math scores in the district. He continued his leadership journey by serving as Grade Level Chair, Math Department Chair, Math Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, and Resident Principal. Throughout his career he has been able to implement school turnaround work with implementing an effective MTSS. In one of the schools he led, the school report card grade changed from an F to a B in one year.
