
Jennifer Rosenbaum serves as the Interim Chief of Staff for DC Public Schools (DCPS), where she partners with the Chancellor and executive leadership team to advance the district’s strategic priorities, strengthen organizational alignment, and improve outcomes for students across Washington, DC. Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked across district, charter, and nonprofit education organizations, beginning as a teacher in DCPS and later serving in leadership roles with the New York City Public Schools and DCPS. Prior to becoming Interim Chief of Staff, she served as Deputy Chief of Schools and previously as Deputy Chief of Acceleration, where she led high-profile district initiatives, including pandemic recovery efforts, High Impact Tutoring, and cross-functional strategies designed to strengthen support for schools and accelerate student achievement.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University, and a Certificate in Education Finance from Georgetown University.
