Peabody Watkins Elementary School
MScott's passion for educational leadership started as a math instructional coach in Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS). His passion and understanding of rigorous instruction were further sharpened as the principal of Jefferson-Houston PreK-8 International Baccalaureate School after training with the Mary Jane Patterson Fellowship while at DCPS. MScott has a consistent record of raising student achievement in both ACPS and DCPS middle, and elementary, and PreK-8 schools, including leading Jefferson-Houston to full accreditation in Virginia.
