TThe District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), Office of Family and Public Engagement has an immediate need to procure the services of Communities in Schools (CIS) to implement the CIS Model of Integrated Student Supports (ISS) in eight (8) DC Public Middle Schools for the remainder of school year 2018-2019 and summer 2019. |

| Sole Source for SY 18/19 is being modified to include in the Minimum Need, the Contractor’s services to launch the Connected School Model at Cardoso at Cardoso EC, with cost-share to DCPS of $50,000.00, in support of the Connected School Manager, CIS Cardoso EC staff, and Data-informed Programming and Systems Management.
