Synopsis:

The District of Columbia Public School (DCPS), Office of Fiscal Strategy, Contracts & Acquisitions Division, on behalf of the Office of Operations Food & Nutrition Services (The District) is seeking Contractor(s) to furnish produce items and other food service related products and delivery to its self-operating school sites participating in the Child Nutrition Programs including, but not limited to the National School Breakfast (SBP), Lunch (NSLP), After-School Snack (ASSP), Fresh Fruit and Vegetable (FFVP), Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), and the Child and Adult Care Food At-Risk Supper Programs (CACFP). Which was established by the United States Department of Agriculture code of Federal regulations, the DC Healthy Schools Act of 2010 (and amendments) and the DC Healthy Students Amendment Act of 2018 sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the proposed procurement. The successful offeror shall deliver in accordance with the menu requirements for each applicable program.
