Synopsis: |
The District of Columbia Public School (DCPS), Office of Fiscal Strategy, Contracts & Acquisitions Division, on behalf of the Office of General Counsel (“OGC”), Labor Management and Employee Relations requires an experienced Contractor to work with DCPS in the implementation of DCPS Mandatory Drug and Alcohol Testing (MDAT) Program. The contractor shall be responsible for administering Certified Breath Alcohol Tests (BAT), collecting urine specimens and testing them for the presence of drugs using the Enzyme-Multiplied-Immunoassay Test (EMIT) and Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) testing methods. |
