The AMEX Buy-Down Program is a catalog ordering program established to streamline purchases of office, custodial, and educational supplies as well as technology and specialty goods from participating Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs). Individual items purchased under the program are limited to $1,000 or less without additional authorization.
