Dallas Lee

Dallas Lee, Ed.D., is the Instructional Superintendent of Cluster 8. Prior to his current role, Dr. Lee served as Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services & Operations for Elementary School District 159, where he advised the Superintendent and Board on strategic priorities, supervised principals, and oversaw key departments including student services, technology, and finance. Before that, Dr. Lee served as Instructional Director for Middle Schools in Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS), supervising principals, leading professional development, and facilitating school-community partnerships. As a principal in PGCPS, he led two campuses through transformative redesigns, improving instructional systems, staff retention, and student outcomes. His earlier leadership experience includes assistant principal roles in DCPS and public charter schools. In addition to his K–12 work, Dr. Lee has served as adjunct faculty at Johns Hopkins University and Bowie State University. He holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Technology from Bowie State University and is a graduate of the AASA/Howard University Urban Superintendents Academy.
