Synopsis: |
The District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), Office of Contracts and Acquisitions (OCA), on behalf of the DCPS Office of School Improvement and Supports (OSIS) is seeking a contractor to develop and provide Individual Value-Added Measures of Educator Effectiveness Services.
