Early Childhood Education (ECE) Transition Week

First Day of Pre-K at Extended Year Schools:

Thursday, August 16, 2018

  • Children in PK3 and PK4 will start on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at the following schools:
    • Garfield
    • H.D. Cooke
    • Hendley
    • King
    • Randle Highlands
    • Raymond
    • Thomas
    • Turner
  • Children in Kindergarten and up will start on Monday, August 13, 2018.

First Day of Pre-K at Most Traditional Year Schools:

Thursday, August 23, 2018

  • Children in PK3 and PK4 will start on Thursday, August 23, 2018
  • Contact the following schools for their first day of PK:
    • Capitol Hill Montessori
    • Eaton
    • Key
    • Lafayette
    • Murch
    • Oyster-Adams
    • Shepherd
  • Children in Kindergarten and up will start on Monday, August 20, 2018.
