OSSE Consortium Dual Enrollment

The OSSE Consortium Dual Enrollment program iis open to DCPS students in grades 10-12 for fall, spring, and summer semesters. Grade point average (GPA) and grade-level eligibility is determined by each participating college/university. College/university partners may have additional requirements based on their institution’s environment. UDC Community College and UDC Flagship are the only participating institutions that do not have a minimum GPA requirement for grade-level eligible students. Please click here to view the eligibility requirements for each college/university participating in the OSSE Consortium Dual Enrollment program.

Participating colleges/universities in the OSSE Consortium Dual Enrollment program include:
American University (School of Education), Bard College, Bay Atlantic University, Bowie State University, George Mason University, Marymount University, Montgomery College, Northern Virginia Community College, Prince George's Community College, Trinity Washington University, University of the District of Columbia (Community College and Flagship Campus), & Virginia State University

If a student is selected for the Consortium Program, OSSE will fund the cost of tuition and books for up to two (3-credit) courses per semester. The number of courses in which a student may enroll is at the discretion of the institution of higher education (IHE) and local education agency (LEA) depending on the student’s academic performance to date.
