How to Apply

Completing the Dual Enrollment Application is a 3-step process.

1. Student Application
The online application must be completed in one sitting. You will not have the option to save your application and return to it later. It may be helpful to review the application and complete the essay questions in a word document in advance of starting the online application. This will ensure you have time to proofread your essay before copying and pasting into the online application.

Students must upload the following:
Release of Information Form (must be signed by both student and parent if student is under 18)

2. Counselor Rating Form
To complete your application, your school counselor must submit a separate counselor rating form online. This form asks counselors to rate students in different areas and agree that the student is eligible to participate in the Dual Enrollment Program. Please ensure that you give your counselor enough time to complete this portion of the application.

3. Letter of Recommendation (only one required)
To complete your application, you must include one letter of recommendation from a teacher, principal, counselor, college & career coordinator, or NAF staff. Please ensure that you give your recommender enough time to complete this portion of the application AND verify that materials are received by the deadline.

✔ Letter of Recommendation

  • Instruct recommenders to email their completed letter of recommendation to [email protected].
