Chinwe Aldridge has taught science at the elementary and secondary levels for 15 years. She has extensive experience developing and facilitating program curricula for organizations such as: City Year, Washington, DC, Maryland Public Television, and Prince George’s County Public Schools.

As a Job-A-Like Mentor and a Science Department Chair, Chinwe provided support for new and experienced teachers to increase retention and performance ratings. Leadership opportunities included coordinating the adoption of Next Generation Science Standards and assisting science teachers with Common Core implementation.

Chinwe earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Howard University, and is a National Board Certified Teacher Candidate.
