Roosevelt High School senior Julianna Holmes received a $10K Leadership Scholarship to attend Trinity University. She plans to major in psychology or sociology, largely because of her experience in Fly by Light, an organization that she says is about finding peace and safe ways to artistically express yourself. After hearing from what younger members of the program experience outside of school, she wants to be a therapist for adolescents and children. “I just want to help them and make sure they’re okay.”
