Cleveland Elementary School

Taeneress Griffin has dedicated the last fifteen years working to provide a world-class education to all students. She is equity-driven and passionate about improving outcomes for all students, especially students furthest from opportunity. Ms. Griffin has a track record of using data to improve student proficiency, achieving double digit gains on the PARCC mathematics assessment. She has positively shaped school climate and culture, restructuring student discipline protocols and developing systems to support the whole child. Ms.Griffin’s experience as a teacher leader, instructional coach, assistant principal, and resident principal have cultivated her passion and toolkit to lead and pursue ambitious goals.
