Ms. Veronica Torres is a highly effective school leader, experienced with Common Core curriculum development, PARCC readiness, implementation of blended learning model, and 1-to-1 student technology access. She is dedicated to closing the achievement gap of students on color and newcomer English Language Learner students and committed to teacher development with 90% math teacher retention over two years. Ms. Torres is a proud DCPS graduate committed to bringing opportunities to the whole child, families, and communities.
