Britni Whitty is devoted to innovative, research-based best practices. In her Science classes at Hardy Middle School she utilizes student-led project-based learning to engage students in learning code, building robots, and discovering their passion and confidence as lifelong learners. Student work is grounded in research and inquiry, and her personal enthusiasm for STEM drives her to seek additional funding and creative ways to expose all students at Hardy to enrichment resources. Ms. Whitty’s support and implementation of enrichment programming has led to 100% student participation this year in the school’s School-wide Enrichment Model.
