Arthur Mola

Cardozo Education Campus

Arthur Mola is a lifelong educator who has always been inspired by his multi-cultural roots as a child of Cuban immigrants growing up in Bronx, New York. He began his educator journey 21 years ago as a middle school and high school social studies teacher in the public schools of Oakland, California. Five years ago, Mr. Mola began serving the DCPS community as the principal of Bancroft Elementary, a Dual Language immersion school that serves the Mt. Pleasant and Columbia Heights communities. Prior to that, he served as the Principal of Sacred Heart School here in Washington, DC. Mr. Mola holds a bachelor’s degree in applied professional studies from Bethany College and a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix.
