Paige Hoffman

Paige Hoffman

Paige Hoffman is the Chief of the Office of School Improvement and Supports for the District of Columbia Public Schools where she oversees comprehensive school improvement, school culture and climate, school-based leader and staff evaluations, as well as student services initiatives. Paige has also served DCPS as the Deputy Chief, School Improvement, where her division focused on accelerating the number of excellent schools through strategic equity programming, school transformation and design, Connected Schools, and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Paige created and led a number of other district innovations -- from digital tools for curriculum, to teacher professional development, to the launch and expansion of the DCPS Design Lab. She began her career by returning to her hometown of Washington, DC, where she was a founding special education teacher at DC Scholars: Stanton Elementary School.

Paige holds a BA from Harvard College, an M.S.Ed from George Mason University, and an Executive Master’s in Leadership from Georgetown University. Paige is a proud former DCPS student and Ward 5 resident.
