Leckie Education Campus
Niyeka Wilson is the new principal at Leckie Education Campus for School Year 2017-2018. She came to Leckie during School Year 2016-2017 as the interim principal. Before coming to Leckie, she also served as the interim principal at both Powell Elementary School and Orr Elementary School. Prior to joining DCPS, Wilson worked in DC public charter schools as a principal, resident principal, and teacher. She received her bachelor’s degree in African American studies and information management and technology from Syracuse University and her master’s degree in education administration and supervision from Trinity University.
