Why DCPS?- I'm a Native Washingtonian. DCPS has a lot of resources to assist in the academic development of my child.

Why am I excited to be a member of the Chancellor's Parent Cabinet? I was ecstatic to learn I was chosen to be a Chancellor's Parent Cabinet member. It is extremely necessary to be well informed of the Chancellor's initiatives and agenda from the Chancellor himself. This is an empowerment opportunity as a parent that allows safe, agenda driven meetings amongst parent representatives of all 8 wards of the city to come together on behalf of our communities, our children and our schools.

Issues I care about- I care about safety for all in the entire school system, holistic health and wellness of educators, staff, administrators, and students; and effective communication.
