Project Overview
Brent Elementary School is a DC Public School located in Ward 6. The modernization will include the design and construction of a 94,000 square-foot facility and site work such as an outdoor classroom and two playgrounds. The current building will be demolished to make way for the new facility which will have an increased footprint in line with the projected enrollment. The modernized Brent Elementary School is scheduled to reopen in August 2027 for School Year 2027-28.
