Project Overview
Burrville Elementary is a DC Public School located in Ward 7. The existing facility was built in 1979. The building has had two additional construction projects, including a Phase 1 Modernization in 2010 and exterior upgrades in 2019.
The project is an approximately 84,000 square foot school facility and will require the demolition of the entire existing structure, which will be replaced with new construction. The modernization will provide all new playgrounds, parking and loading facilities. The modernized Burrville Elementary School building will be re-opening its doors to students, staff and the Burrville community in Summer 2028, in time for School Year (SY) 2028-29.
